Sweetened Lily Bulb & White Fungus With Lotus Seeds Recipes

Ingredients

  • 40g fresh lily bulbs, diced and boiled
  • 20g white fungus, boiled
  • 10g lotus seeds, boiled
  • 20g sugar
  • 100ml water

Method

  1. Boil the sugar and the water together.
  2. Put all the ingredients into the syrup and continue boiling for 3 minutes.
  3. Cool and refrigerate.
  4. Serve cold.
