Shang Palace at Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen has recently unveiled its new signature set menu prepared by the new-appointed Chinese Executive Chef, Mr. Jimmy Wong. With nearly 30 years of culinary experience and over 20 years overseas working experience in several fine restaurants, Chef Jimmy has been awarded by some widely recognized chefs’ competitions and highly recommended by guests. Prior to joining Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen, Chef Jimmy has worked in the Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street as Chinese Executive Chef.
Chef Jimmy is well-versed in Cantonese cuisine and has absorbed cooking techniques and food presentation styles from France, Italy, Japan and Chinese regional specialties. With his extensive culinary experience, he is bringing an innovative and inspired signature set menu.
