Samba at Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila livens up Saturday lunch with Sabado de Fiesta

Spice up the weekend plans with a feast of flavors as Samba at Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila invites guests to Sabado de Fiesta, held every last Saturday of the month beginning May 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Patterned after Jarana criolla (Peruvian fiestas), guests can choose from an array of signature specialties in live buffet stations that include ceviche in the seafood bar, arroz con mariscos, smoked brisket asado from the Brennwagen grill, fish carving and a dessert station. Chef de Cuisine Carlo Huerta also introduces his homemade taco burrito recipe to the spread.

Experience the ‘fiesta’ at Php 1,800 nett per person and Php 900 nett for children.

Pair the experience with cocktails offered by Samba’s resident bartenders, including homemade sangria, Peruvian pisco sours, margaritas, ice cold beer and chilled wine, priced at Php 800 nett per person. The non alcoholic beverage package is at Php 400 nett per person.

Located on Level 8, taste the flavors of Peru at Samba. Overlooking the vibrant enclave of BGC, the restaurant offers healthy, colorful cuisine with a focus on sustainable seafood. Diners can choose from indoor or outdoor seating, with the al fresco area overlooking the hotel swimming pool on Level 8. Designed by Manny Samson & Associates (MSA), local material in natural and subdued tones capture the elegant and bespoke interior design applications.
