TripAdvisor is the world’s largest and most reliable travel site, offering trusted, authentic advice and recommendations from real travelers. The annual Certificate of Excellence honors the best in the hospitality industry and is given to establishments that maintain an overall rating of four or higher out of a possible five, as reviewed by TripAdvisor travelers over the last 12 months. The Certificate of Excellence also places the Shangri-La Philippine properties in the top-performing 10 percent of all businesses worldwide on TripAdvisor.
