Makati Shangri-La's Inagiku Features Seasonal Favorites With Summer in Japan

Inagiku, Makati Shangri-La, Manila’s premier Japanese restaurant, invites guests to indulge in seasonal dishes with Summer in Japan. Chef de Cuisine Wataru Hikawa prepares authentic summer favorites using ocean fare flown in fresh from Tokyo, available for lunch and dinner from June 19 to July 26, 2013. 

The summer season in Japan lasts from June until August and highlights some of the country’s sought-after dishes. Guests may savor some of these specialties, which include Yasai Chips, Takabe Shio Yaki, Grilled Japanese Takabe Fish with Salt, Ginmutsu Kama Misoyaki, Grilled Bluefish with Miso, Wagyu Toban Yaki Grilled Paper-thin Wagyu Beef, amongst others, to enjoy the rich authenticity of world-class Japanese cuisine. 

Inagiku offers a diverse dining experience with a sushi bar, teppanyaki counter and private tatami rooms. As the city’s finest Japanese cuisine set in a refined cosmopolitan setting, it defines the art of Japanese dining.
