Guests may partake in an exclusive and limited selection of Koshu wine beef served in different ways, including Usuyaki (thinly sliced beef with mushrooms and garlic), Yakiniku Style, Teriyaki Butter Steak, Shiogama (steamed beef on a salt block) and more.
Koshu wine beef can only be found in Koshu City, which is located in Yamanashi Prefecture. The region is also known for its Koshu grapes, making it the birthplace of wines in Japan. A limited group of cattle that meets strict standards is branded Koshu Cow, grown in a comfortable and rich climate and raised on feed blended with grapes, which makes the beef tender and gives it a sweet taste. This beef has also received numerous accolades, such as the Prime Minister Prize and Best Agriculture in Japan.
Guests may savor mouth-watering, top-grade and rare Koshu wine beef at Inagiku during lunch and dinner.
