Makati Shangri-La, Manila's Inagiku Presents a Spring Collection

Manila, March 3 2014 – Makati Shangri-La, Manila’s premier Japanese restaurant, Inagiku offers guests to enjoy the flourishing of spring as Executive Japanese Chef Wataru Hikawa prepares a special kaiseki Spring Collection starting March 12, 2014.

Guests are invited to savor expertly crafted delicacies made of fish and seasonal ingredients. The Spring Collection menu includes Kamo Tsutsumi Yaki (grilled duck with miso wrapped in sakura leaf), Wagyu Miso Yaki (grilled wagyu beef with miso), Asari Teppan Butter Yaki (fried clams with butter) and more.

Spring Collection is available for lunch and dinner for a limited time only. Inagiku is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and for dinner from 6 to 10:30 p.m. The restaurant offers the finest Japanese cuisine in a refined cosmopolitan setting with a sushi bar, teppanyaki counter and private tatami rooms.
