Inagiku's Third Wave Sushi

Manila, 30 July 2013 – Makati Shangri-La, Manila’s premier Japanese restaurant, Inagiku, invites guests to experience Third Wave Sushi from August 7 to 31, 2013.

Sushi was introduced in three different waves— the first wave, Edomae served with soya sauce and wasabi and the second wave Aburi, flame-torched and served with a lightly seared top, which gives it a unique taste and flavour. This year, Executive Japanese Chef Wataru Hikawa features his hand-crafted sushi creations and presents third wave sushi served with lemon and the finest sea salt from the Abyss of Okinwa. The Third Wave Sushi creations start at PHP 250+++.

Inagiku defines the art of Japanese dining, offering the finest Japanese cuisine in a refined cosmopolitan setting with a sushi bar, teppanyaki counter and private tatami rooms.
