Executive Japanese Chef Wataru Hikawa selects the freshest ingredients to create a multi-course menu which includes: Boiled nanohana flower tofu, Grilled bamboo shoot with teriyaki sauce, Wagyu beef with sweet miso, grilled egg yolk with scallops and more.
