Shangri-La, Manila invites guests to discover love at first bite with its Valentine’s
Day dining offerings.
On Valentine’s
Day, Makati Shangri-La, Manila welcomes Michelin two-starred Chef Michel Portos
to its kitchen for an exclusive two-night dinner experience at Sage BespokeGrill.
An esteemed chef
from France, Chef Portos started his career in Bordeaux, where he trained
side-by-side exceptional chefs and built his philosophy of simple, yet creative
cuisine. His decades of experience have earned
him two Michelin stars and he has been named “2012 Chef of the Year” by Gault
& Millau.
“The hotel is
known for being a stage for local and international culinary artists. We are thrilled to have Chef Portos at the
hotel to give our guests unique dining with the Makati Shangri-La experience,”
said Alain Borgers, general manager of Makati Shangri-La, Manila and area manager
of Shangri-La Philippine properties.
On February 13,
a gastronomic journey awaits with a degustation of French-Mediterranean
flavors. On February 14, the Valentine’s Day dinner will showcase a distinct “his”
and “hers” menu.
Guests can fill their
tummies and their hearts with the scrumptious dining offers at the hotel’s
restaurants.
