Manila, January 29, 2014—Circles Event Café invites guests to experience a daring fusion of Japanese and South American cuisine with Sushi Samba from February 3 to 12, 2014.
Diners can indulge in an exciting menu of sushi that includes Prawn Dragon Roll with Mango Coriander and Citrus Seasoning, a Ceviche Bar of Lobster, Prawn Yellow Fin Tuna and Garoupa. Guests will also be served Churrasco of Lamb Herb with Mustard Crust and Picahna (Beef Rump Cap) for the main course, just to name a few.
Alongside the flavorful dishes, guests may also satiate their palate with Moqueca (Brazilian fish stew) or Caruru de Camaro (Peruvian shrimp and okra in tomato stew) and complement it with side dishes of Farafa (a toasted cassava flour mixture with bacon and shallots), Black Beans, Brazilian Rice and more.
As guests journey through the buffet stations, they may end the exquisite dining experience with desserts from all over South America such as Sopapaillas (sweet potato fritter) from Brazil, Alfajores (caramel cookie) from Argentina, Panqueues (corn crepes fillet with cheese) from Venezuela and Torta de Zapallo (pumpkin tart) from Ecuador.
Sushi Samba is available for dinner at Php 2,008 net from Sunday to Thursday and Php 2,272 net from Friday to Saturday.
