Plum & Rice served with Bonito Soup in a Stone Bowl

Ingredients

  • 70g rice
  • 20g plum
  • 3g white sesame
  • 3g chopped seaweed
  • 120cc dashi stock
  • 15g green tea
  • 3g wasabi 
  • 5g green onion

Method               

  1. Boil bonito soup and green tea.
  2. Run steamed rice through a stone bowl.
  3. Top with plum and serve with wasabi.
