Extra Divers is conveniently located adjacent to Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa in a mountainous setting that overlooks the crystal waters of the Sea of Oman.
Dive boats leave from the jetty to take you into a colourful world of corals with a sensational variety of marine life, including moray eels, stingrays, tuna, turtles and schools of dolphins. You will also find different types of reef sharks and on occasion, whale sharks.
Our Services
At Extra Divers, our multilingual team offers a selection of dive experiences including two morning dives and one afternoon dive. Night dives can be arranged upon request.
Dive courses are also available for levels from beginner to instructor. All of these courses are in line with SSI, PADI or CMAS standards.
For non-divers, dolphin watching and snorkelling trips are offered daily.
The Sunset Cruise boat trip is also available every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for those who want to enjoy the view of Muscat's coastline as the sun goes down.
All services are dependent on weather conditions and available for both resort and outside guests.
