Crispy Seafood Salad

Ingredients

  • Mix cut vegetables (for example, lettuce, tomato, cucumber)
  • 20g dried shrimp
  • 20g dried sardine (tatami iwashi)

Ingredients for dressing

  • 1 tbsp kikoman soya sauce
  • 1.5 spoon vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cooking sweet sake (mirin)
  • A pinch of sugar
  • ¼ tsp of ginger juice
  • ¼ tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. Rinse the vegetables with clean water and mix in a bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients for dressing in a small bowl.
  3. Pour dressing sauce into the vegetables mix.
  4. Sprinkle the salad with dried shrimp and dried sardine.
