  • 70g prawn u21-25, cleaned and shells removed
  • 25g crab meat, cleaned
  • 20g fresh shiitake mushroom, finely chopped
  • 20g shallots, peeled and finely chopped
  • 10g jumbo thread bean, soaked in water and chopped
  • 10g spring onion, chopped
  • 10g carrots, peeled and finely chopped
  • 10g bean sprouts, chopped
  • 20ml fish sauce
  • 30g rice paper
  • 10ml fish sauce vinaigrette
  • 5g salt
  • 3g pepper
  • 1 egg


  • Mix all the ingredients, except the rice paper and fish sauce, together in a large bowl.
