Boston Lobster Promotion at Feringgi Grill, Shangri-La's Rasa Sayang Resort and Spa

Feringgi Grill will be serving Boston Lobster prepared in various continental styles from 1 September to 30 November 2015 at Shangri-La’s Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa, Penang. Diners at the premier fine dining grill will be able to savour the crustacean from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. every evening prepared by the team helmed by Chef De Cuisine, Matthias Tretbar. 

Relish in old school style preparations with a new twist like appetizer Boston Lobster Cocktail with quail’s egg, avocado, caviar, roe, mango, cognac, romaine lettuce and cocktail sauce, or a thick and hearty soup like Clam Chowder and Boston Lobster with  garlic croutons,  and three choices of main dishes: Boston Lobster Sautéed with Linguini Pasta, White Wine, Garlic, Fresh Italian Basil and Tomatoes or a hearty Boston Lobster Grilled or Prepared Thermidor style with Sautéed Vegetables, mixed salad and  Lemon Butter Sauce or the ultimate surf and turf combination of Half Boston Lobster Served with Beef Medallion and Foie Gras accompanied by Sautéed Garden Vegetables, Merlot Sauce and Herb Butter.  Price: A la carte ranging from RM 48 nett to RM 438 nett.
