Rosso Presents ‘When Italy Meets Japan’ Wine Dinner

Presenting a unique Italian and Japanese wine dinner, Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta introduces the new chef within its family – Nishimura Japanese Chef Naotaka Tokuhisha – who will collaborate with Rosso’s Italian Chef Gianfranco Pirrone. 


 
Both chefs have crafted a unique Italian and Japanese set menu offering flavors from the East and West, serving a five-course mix Italian and Japanese dinner, paired with exceptional wine selections from Luis Felipe Edwards. This exquisite dinner will be available exclusively on Friday, 23 March 2018, for dinner from 6 to 10:30 p.m.
