Guests can savour main dishes and delights with a large selection of premium Chinese flower tea. These special dried tea leaves wilt when exposed to hot water and the flower bud appears, presenting itself as blooming flower tea.
Guests can choose from signature blooming tea varieties, including the Celebration Tea, rare white tea leaves handcrafted into a bouquet with orange lily and osmanthus, and the Rising Star Tea, black tea leaves shaped into a bouquet of jasmine flowers. They may also choose oolong tea leaves – good for reducing high cholesterol levels and heart disease – in a handcrafted bouquet of amaranth and orange lily for an Enchanted Beauty experience.
Guests can have a sip of beautiful white tea leaves with the First Kiss Tea – handcrafted with hibiscus – excellent for supporting heart health – and amaranth blossom. Chrysanthemum tea leaves, known for its cooling effect on the body, are combined with beautiful white tea leaves in the Heart of Gold Tea selection to make it a tranquil dining experience.
