Fettuccine Garlic Cream
Ingredients
100g all-purpose flour
100g whipped cream
50g bacon
20g Parmesan cheese
10ml olive oil
5g parsley
4 roasted garlic cloves
1 whole egg
Salt
Pepper
Method
Mix egg with flour and a pinch of salt to make dough.
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
Stir dough and slice into fettuccine.
Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water. Then, drain and let it cool.
Separately blend roasted garlic into a paste and set aside.
Cook bacon in olive oil. Add whipped cream once cooked.
Mix bacon with garlic paste. Season with salt and pepper.
Include the pasta with sauce, garnish with Parmesan and parsley, and serve.
