 Ingredients 

  • Spaghetti
  • Green mussel
  • Green shrimp
  • Squid
  • Snapper fillet
  • Cherry tomato
  • Tomato sauce
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • White wine
  • Garlic
  • Chili flakes
  • Chopped Italian parsley 

Method 

  1. Boil a pot of hot water. Put the pasta in the pot and cook for 8 minutes. Drain water, mix in the olive oil and set aside
  2. Get another pan. Heat olive oil with garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Add the seafood and white wine
  3. Add tomato sauce and reduce 
  4. Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix well. Season to taste and serve immediately
