Ingredients 

  • Whole grain rice
  • Tiger prawn
  • Green mussel
  • Scallop
  • Squid
  • Chicken leg
  • Chorizo sausage
  • Green pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Yellow pepper
  • Onion
  • White wine
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Saffron
  • Paprika
  • Broth

Method

  1. Heat the pan. Add olive oil, vegetables, seafood, chicken and chorizo, and stir-fry together for 5 minutes  
  2. Pour in the white wine
  3. Add rice, saffron, chicken broth and clam broth, and stir for about 25-30 minutes. 
  4. Add seasoning and serve immediately.
