Manila, 28 August 2013 – Inagiku, the award-winning Japanese restaurant in Makati Shangri-La, Manila presents Early Autumn Kaiseki. Executive Japanese Chef Wataru Hikawa prepares his exquisite creations from September 11 to 27.
Kaiseki is a traditional Japanese dinner with ten exceptional dishes served. Chef Hikawa takes pride in his Kaiseki selections and takes on a unified approach in each dish, incorporating ingredients from the sea, river, mountain and field. The menu will include his best dishes such as Walnuts Tofu, an Assortment of Appetizers, Clay Pot Soup with Matsutake Mushroom, Tuna Belly, King Clam and Amber Jack Sashimi, Grilled Thinly Sliced Wagyu Beef with Miso, Steamed Fish with Zuwai Crab, Deep-fried Pumpkin and Minced Prawn, Steamed Rice with Matsutake Mushroom and Chicken served with Miso Soup and Pickles and a serving of sweet Musk Melon to end the sumptuous feast.
Guests are invited to indulge their appetites with these gastronomic creations for a limited time. The Early Autumn Kaiseki is available daily for lunch and dinner and is priced at PHP 11,052 per person.
