China World Hotel, Beijing Receives Inaugural China Tourism Outstanding Company in Quality Service Award

China World Hotel, Beijing has been awarded the inaugural "China Tourism Outstanding Company in Quality Service" by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) and China National Tourism Administration (CNTA).  China World Hotel, Beijing is the only hotel in Beijing among 10 companies from the tourism sector that have been granted this nationwide award.

With the aim of introducing a new national standard benchmark for quality services across China, based on the principle of voluntary application, gradual recommendation and competitive selection, AQSIQ and CNTA made final deliberations and announced the result recently.

“The inaugural award of China Tourism Outstanding Company In Quality Service by AQSIQ and CNTA places China World Hotel, Beijing in exalted company,” said Mr. John Rice, area general manager of China World Hotel, Beijing.  “To be the only hotel in Beijing to be given this award marks a milestone of triumph for our hotel employees and management.  We have devoted the past year to raising the bar of service excellence in the hotel. On behalf of the hotel management and staff, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and China National Tourism Administration for recognizing our staff’s hard work and commitment in selecting China World Hotel, Beijing for this tremendous honour.”
