Australian-born Phillip Taylor brings to Aria eight years of experience in culinary arts gained from working in leading restaurants in Australia, Europe and Asia. Prior to coming to Beijing, Chef Phillip was a senior sous chef at Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney’s Altitude Restaurant. He has also worked in such Michelin-starred restaurants as Galvin at Windows and Pied a Terre in London.
