Make a date with your wellbeing

Preparing for your treatment 
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled treatments. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment length may be shortened with no reduction in price. Prior to arrival guests will be required to complete a pre-treatment screening questionnaire. Guests are required to wear a mask or cloth face covering while visiting the spa and during your treatment.

Meeting your needs
Upon arrival at CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La, a consultant will conduct a brief consultation to ensure that you have the treatments suited to your needs.
Please advise the consultant if you are pregnant or have any health issues.
Our consultants are experienced in all treatments and would be delighted to assist you in planning your spa programme if staying in the hotel for more than one day

What to wear
There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing, as spa wear is provided in your treatment suite. 

Privacy
Your privacy will be protected at all times. Your therapist will leave you to change in private. Throughout the treatment you will be draped with towels, covering all parts of the body not being worked upon.

Arrival time

Should you arrive less than 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time, your treatment length may be shortened with no reduction in price.

Parking
Guests are welcome to valet park or self park at the hotel, located on 1128 West Georgia Street, Vancouver. Valet and self-parking can be accessed at 1129 Alberni Street. Please note valet Parking is currently unavailable at this time.

Children
Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the spa.

Cancellation
We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please call our staff, who will be happy to reschedule.
No-shows and cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be billed at the full treatment price.

Your comfort
Although we try to anticipate your needs, we appreciate that a spa is a very individual experience. Please let your therapist know if there is any way that she can improve your treatment or comfort - for example, heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, sound or lighting levels. We appreciate your feedback, and kindly encourage you to fill out our guest questionnaire following your treatment.

Mobile phone policy
To preserve the harmony within the spa, kindly turn off your mobile phone upon arrival.
