Honey Lemon
Made with organic sugar, flour, eggs from Hayama Poultry Farm in Nara, and honey. Additional ingredients such as lemon and orange peel are used for scent, topped with sugar coating.
Chocolate Hazelnut
Made with organic flour, black sugar, eggs from Hayama Poultry Farm in Nara and chocolate made with 70% cacao from bean-to-bar chocolate from San Francisco’s famed Dandelion Chocolate. Hazelnut paste is also used with more chocolate on top.
