Full pre-payment is required at time of booking, non-transferable for names or for hotel credits. It is recommended that travel insurance is obtained to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney reserves the right to allocate room and floor numbers as available and depending on the room type and date of arrival. All requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Darling Harbour rooms have views of northern Darling Harbour and Observatory Hill, but not of the Sydney Harbour Bridge or Sydney Opera House. Opera City View rooms have views of Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House, but not of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Harbour Bridge Rooms and Suites have views of Circular Quay and Harbour Bridge, but not of the Opera House, Sydney Harbour rooms and suites have views of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Rollaway beds are available, however, requests must be made in advance, at the time of booking, and are subject to availability. Please contact Reservations.slsn@shangri-la.com for rollaway bed pricing or for any other questions you may have in relation to the New Year’s Eve room reservations.
In compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines, the hotel prohibits guests from bringing alcohol onto the premises. Bottled alcohol will be available for sale from the Lobby Lounge.
Restaurant reservations with full non-refundable prepayment are essential for New Year's Eve. Please contact us on FestiveReservations.slsn@shangri-la.com for reservations. Access to Altitude Restaurant is limited to guests with a restaurant reservation only on the night of 31 December 2020.
Blu Bar on 36 is closed for New Year’s Eve and will reopen on Saturday, 1 January 2022 at 4.00pm.
