Terms and Conditions
  1. Guests are required to download the MySejahtera app to show their vaccination status upon arrival.
  2. Please be informed that children below the age of 17 without symptoms of COVID-19 do not need to quarantine but they must take a RT-PCR Test 2 days before departure, and a supervised Antigen Rapid Test within 24 hours of entry into the country.
  3. Bookings made during New Year's Eve will include charges for the New Year's Eve Countdown package on 31 December.
  4. Resort credit can be accumulated during the duration of the stay and unused resort credit will be refunded upon check-out.
  5. Resort credit cannot be exchanged for other services rendered by the resort (i.e. in-room dining, airport transfer, recreation) and is not applicable for banquet charges.
  6. The dollar amount shown is based on current exchange rate and is an approximate amount.
  7. Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability, close-out dates.
  8. Not applicable for group bookings of 10 or more rooms.
  9. Blackout dates may apply.
  10. This offer qualifies for earning Shangri-La Circle Points. Terms and conditions of the Shangri-La Circle Programme apply.
  11. An additional third person staying in a Garden Wing room will be charged MYR 180 + per night (inclusive of breakfast and an extra bed); staying in a Rasa Wing room and all Suites will be charged MYR 250 + per night (inclusive of breakfast, Rasa Wing Privileges and an extra bed). Only one extra bed is allowed per room (subject to availability). Third person charges are subject to prevailing offer discounts, service charges and government tax.
  12. All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax (SST).
  13. A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in, and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Guests arriving on or before 31 December 2022 are exempted from Tourism Tax as announced by the Federal Government.
  14. The Penang local government fee of MYR 3 nett per room per night will be exempted for all arrivals until 30 June 2022. For stays from 1 July 2022 onwards, the prevailing local government fee is not included in your total room cost and will be collected upon check-in.
