Terms & Conditions

1. New Members who enroll from April 28 to July 31, 2022, will receive a welcome offer of 300 Bonus Points after one qualifying transaction is made within the promotion period. Duplicated new enrolment will not be qualified to receive multiple welcome Bonus Points.


2. All members must register for the promotion on Shangri-La Circle Website, Mobile App or WeChat mini program to be eligible to earn up to 1,500 Bonus Points based on the number of qualified transactions within the promotion period.


3. A qualifying transaction refers to a qualifying spend with a minimum of USD20 at the following category of services: Rooms, Dining, Spa/wellness and Shangri-La Boutique or a minimum redemption of 300 Points. There is a daily limit of 2 qualifying transactions across categories of services or redemptions to be counted towards bonus eligibility.


4. All qualifying stays with check-in dates falling within the promotion period are eligible for the promotion.


5. Consecutive room nights at the same hotel within the promotion period, (back-to-back stays) at the qualifying room rates or Cash & Points redemption will count as one qualifying transaction.


6. Offer is valid for qualifying transactions from April 28 to July 31, 2022, both dates inclusive, at any participating Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Kerry Hotels, JEN Hotels and Traders hotels and such other hotels participating in Shangri-La Circle.


7. Any qualified transaction within the promotion period will be counted towards bonus earning once valid registration is completed within the promotion period.


8. All qualified registrants (new and existing members) will be eligible to earn Bonus Points according to the following criteria accumulated within the promotion period:

    a. 3 qualifying transactions – 600 Bonus Points.

    b. 4 qualifying transactions – 900 Bonus Points.

    c. 5 or more qualifying transactions – 1,500 Bonus Points.


9. All promotion Bonus Points, including the welcome bonus of 300 Points, will be calculated based on the total number of accumulated qualified transactions and/or redemptions within the promotion period completed by successful registrants. Bonus Points will be credited to each valid membership account within 2-4 weeks after the promotion period.


10. Shangri-La Circle members must quote their membership numbers at the time of room reservation and present their membership cards (digital or physical cards) upon check-in or qualifying spend at Restaurants & Bars, Spa / Wellness facilities, Hotel Boutique or for online purchases at https://boutique.shangri-la.com.


11. The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Spending on co-branded credit cards that are converted to Points, point conversion to airline miles or partner credits and point purchases will not be counted as qualifying transaction.


12. Shangri-La Circle reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue the promotions at any time without prior notice.
