The Private Residence of Prince Roland Bonaparte

The Residence was originally built in 1896 as the home of French imperial Prince Roland Bonaparte, grand nephew of Napoleon Bonaparte. Many of the historic areas, that have been carefully restored to their original glory, are now listed with Monuments Historiques, an initiative undertaken by Shangri- La Group.

Today, the iconic building once again welcomes Parisians and  travellers from all around the world, 114 years after the prince first opened the doors of his residential palace to Parisian society.

The Closest Palace to the Eiffel Tower

Shangri-La, Paris, is located in a 19th-century residence in the elegant 16th arrondissement of Paris, one of the most revered neighbourhoods in the city.

The Eiffel Tower, known as "The Iron Lady" by Parisians, is within walking distance while the exclusive fashion designers on Avenue Montaigne and Les Champs Elysées are just around the corner.
