Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea at TĪNG
Experience panoramic views of London from 35 floors up while savouring a variety of festive finger sandwiches and savoury bites, such as a Parsnip & Truffle Burger and a Roasted Dry-Aged Beef sandwich with Horseradish and Watercress. Delight in freshly baked classic plain and raisin scones with cranberry jam and clotted cream, followed by an array of festive sweet treats, including Santa’s Hat made with Chai Tea Mousse, Pear & Cardamom, and the Festive Shard featuring Jasmine Tea and Bergamot.

Enjoy a pre-Christmas three-course festive lunch or dinner at TĪNG Restaurant. Indulge in a selection of exceptional dishes crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients, such as Game Terrine with Kumquat and Loch Duart Salmon with Sprout Leaves, Edamame, and a Coconut Lemongrass Sauce, served with Pak Choi or Jasmine Rice, before indulging in a delightful dessert, ranging from Spiced Chocolate Mousse to a Festive Vacherin with Gingerbread Cream, Bergamot, and Earl Grey Tea.

Celebrate the joy of Christmas Eve at TĪNG Restaurant with an exquisite three-course feast.
Begin with a starter such as Jersey Crab Salad with Confit Potatoes or Jerusalem Artichoke & Shiitake, followed by Kumquat Glazed Duck Breast with Turnips and Asian Pickled Winter Leaves or Delica Pumpkin. Complete your meal with a classic Christmas Pudding, topped with Brandy Sauce and Spiced Ice Cream.

Once all the presents have been exchanged, join us for a magical Christmas Day Feast at TĪNG.
Delight in a sumptuous sharing menu designed for you to taste a little of everything, including hero dishes like Char Siu Pork Belly with Hispi Cabbage and Salt & Vinegar Pork Crackling, as well as traditional Norfolk Turkey Breast with House Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce, accompanied by Roast Potatoes and Root Vegetables. Conclude your feast with a delectable dessert, such as Xmas Misu with Gingerbread Cream and Citrus, or a rich Chocolate Yule Log.

Ring in the New Year from 35 floors up at TĪNG Restaurant, where you can enjoy stunning views of London’s celebrations while indulging in dishes such as Winter Truffle Ravioli with Mushroom Consommé, Wagyu with Guinness Stout Jus, and the One Minute till Midnight dessert featuring Opalys White Chocolate, Panettone Mousse, Yuzu, and Almonds.
NYE Window Package at GŎNG Bar
Celebrate the start of 2025 with a VIP experience at GŎNG Bar.
Enjoy a guaranteed window seat with breathtaking city views and feast on a selection of sushi rolls and flavourful Japanese hot dishes, including Nobashi Prawn Tempura and Wagyu in Teriyaki Sauce. Then dance the night away to GŎNG’s resident DJ. This package includes a bottle of Dom Pérignon Luminous Champagne for every two guests sharing and a welcome drink for each person.
