Shangri-La Ramadan Village welcomes Michelin Starred Chef Greg Malouf from 23 to 30 March 2023.

Renowned across the globe for his love for Middle Eastern and North African cuisine, Chef Malouf will put together a simply must-try menu combining age-old tradition with contemporary flair.

Take your tastebuds on a culinary voyage through France with an innovative 5-course set menu masterfully plated by Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Isnard this Easter. Acclaimed Chef Isnard is known for infusing his love for Mediterranean flavours with modern culinary techniques resulting in showstopping dishes.
