Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi in collaboration with Courchevel, World’s Ski Capital, situated in the French Alps, presents a culinary journey by two Michelin starred Chef Stéphane Buron at award-winning French restaurant, Bord Eau.

Enjoy a signature menu inspired by flavours from the alpine mountains delicately balanced with the finest grape pairing.

Chef Nicolas Isnard at Bord Eau

The Culinary Master Series returned for a special Easter edition with a culinary voyage through France courtesy of Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Isnard.

Fine dining enthusiasts were treated to an innovative 5-course set menu masterfully plated by the globally acclaimed chef. This exclusive experience at French restaurant Bord Eau was elevated even further with carefully selected grape or vintage bubbly delicately paired with each course. 

An Afternoon with Chef Nina Métayer

Awarded twice as the ‘Best Pastry Chef of the Year,’ Celebrity Parisian Patisserie Chef Nina Métayer is renowned for her visually appealing and delicious combinations having inspired by France and her journeys to different parts of the world. 

Flown down from Paris exclusively to present a gourmet experience to guests in Abu Dhabi, Chef Nina featured her artisanal creations over an Afternoon Tea in the hotel’s Lobby Lounge along with a Private Patisserie Masterclass.
