  1. Pick-up and delivery time: 11am to 10pm
  2. Cafe TATU, Peppino and Borneo Express - Last order of the day: 9.30pm
  3. Shang Palace - Last order of the day: 5.30pm
  4. Pick-up location: Kinabalu Lobby, Shangri-La Tanjung Aru, Kota Kinabalu.
  5. Food delivery is free of charge within 10km radius from the resort with a minimum order of MYR 50 and above.
  6. Food delivery is chargeable at MYR 10 per 5km distance for orders below MYR 50 and for location that exceed 10km radius.
  7. Shangri-La Circle members are eligible to earn Shangri-La Circle Award points for every order.
  8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with credit card discounts, other promotional offers, membership privileges, gift certificates or Shangri-La Circle Award Points redemption.
  9. All rates quoted are inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% government tax (SST).
