Island Shangri-La is honoured to have Chef Okoshi joining Nadaman as Sushi Chef this April. Chef Okoshi started his culinary journey in Tokyo at a young age with almost 40 years of experience as a sushi chef in numerous award-winning restaurants and hotel restaurants. He helmed the sushi bar at Nadaman Tokyo in late 2021 before moving to Hong Kong this month. With his signature sauce for the Edomae-nigiri-zushi and only the best, seasonal ingredients, Chef Okoshi presents a brand-new omakase experience at Nadaman.
