Resort credit can be accumulated during the duration of the stay and unused resort credit will be refunded upon check-out.
Resort credit cannot be exchanged for other services rendered by the resort (i.e. in-room dining, airport transfer, recreation, hair & nail salon services, retail boutique spa) and is not applicable for banquet charges.
The dollar amount shown is based on current exchange rate and is an approximate amount.
Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability, close-out dates.

An additional third person will be charged MYR 150 + per night (inclusive of breakfast and an extra bed). Only one extra bed is allowed per room (subject to availability). Third person charges are subject to prevailing offer discounts, service charges and government tax.
All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax (SST).
Effective from 1 January 2023, the Federal Government of Malaysia has implemented the mandatory “Tourism Tax” of RM10 per room per night for all foreign passport holders (including sharer). This amount will be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-out. This will be in addition to the 10% service charge and 6% government tax.
The Penang State Government has implemented a mandatory “Hotel Fee” (Local Government Fee) of MYR 3 nett per room per night. The Hotel Fee will be collected upon check-out, in addition to the 10% Service Charge and 6% Government Tax (SST).
