Terms and Conditions
  1. Guests are required to download the MySejahtera app to show their vaccination status upon arrival.
  2. Please be informed that children below the age of 17 without symptoms of COVID-19 do not need to quarantine but they must take a RT-PCR Test 2 days before departure, and a supervised Antigen Rapid Test within 24 hours of entry into the country.
  3. Currently, except for lobby lounge all hotel facilities and amenities are open. Please visit our website for updated opening hours.
  4. A stay of at least 14 consecutive nights is required to avail this offer.
  5. Package inclusions are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other services rendered by the resort.
  6. Resort credit and package inclusions are non-accumulative, non-transferable, cannot be used against the room rate, cannot be exchanged for other services rendered by the resort and is not applicable for banquet charges and in-room dining.
  7. Booking must be guaranteed with a credit card while making the reservation.
  8. Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability and close-out dates.
  9. Not applicable for group bookings of 10 or more rooms.

  11. This offer qualifies for earning Shangri-La Circle Points. Terms and conditions of the Shangri-La Circle Programme apply.
  12. An additional third person will be charged MYR 150 + per night (inclusive of breakfast and an extra bed). Only one extra bed is allowed per room (subject to availability). Third person charges are subject to prevailing offer discounts, service charges and government tax.
  13. All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax (SST).
  14. A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in, and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Guests arriving on or before 31 December 2022 are exempted from Tourism Tax as announced by the Federal Government.
  15. The Penang local government fee of MYR 3 nett per room per night will be exempted for all arrivals until 30 June 2022. For stays from 1 July 2022 onwards, the prevailing local government fee is not included in your total room cost and will be collected upon check-in.
