Guests are required to download the MySejahtera app to show their vaccination status upon arrival.
Please be informed that children below the age of 17 without symptoms of COVID-19 do not need to quarantine but they must take a RT-PCR Test 2 days before departure, and a supervised Antigen Rapid Test within 24 hours of entry into the country.

A stay of at least 3 consecutive nights is required to avail this offer.
Package inclusions are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other services rendered by the resort.
Dining credits (where available) may be used for all meal periods except for breakfast and banquet charges.
Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability and close-out dates.
Not applicable for group bookings of 10 or more rooms.

An additional third person will be charged MYR 150 + per night (inclusive of breakfast and an extra bed). Only one extra bed is allowed per room (subject to availability). Third person charges are subject to prevailing offer discounts, service charges and government tax.
All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax (SST).
A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in, and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Guests arriving on or before 31 December 2022 are exempted from Tourism Tax as announced by the Federal Government.
The Penang local government fee of MYR 3 nett per room per night will be exempted for all arrivals until 30 June 2022. For stays from 1 July 2022 onwards, the prevailing local government fee is not included in your total room cost and will be collected upon check-in.
