Clean and Safe Malaysia

The 8 Shangri-La hotels and resorts in Malaysia are certified with “Clean and Safe Malaysia”, a Hygiene Excellence and Safety Label by Bureau Veritas Malaysia. This certification program was launched by the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH), and Bureau Veritas Malaysia has been appointed as the independent auditor for certification purposes.

Local StaySurance Coverage

With AIG StaySurance, you can enjoy domestic holidays with greater peace of mind. You will be automatically entitled to personal accident coverage when you stay with us in 2021, at no additional charge. Coverage also includes daily hospital cash benefit for infectious diseases such as COVID-19.

International COVID-19 Coverage

We are going the extra mile to provide international guests with COVID-19 emergency medical coverage. You will be automatically covered by the policy at no additional charge when you stay at our hotel until 30 June 2022.
