To help our guests enjoy a more stress-free stay with us, we are making available emergency medical insurance coverage of up to a total of USD 184,000, at no additional charge, should guests be diagnosed with COVID-19 during their overseas stay. The coverage is also designed to meet most countries’ immigration requirements so you can travel worry-free*.
You will be automatically covered by the policy at no additional charge when you stay at our hotel until 31 December 2022. You will also have access to around-the-clock emergency travel assistance services.

COVID-19 Coverage Benefits and FAQs
Underwritten by AIG, highlights of the coverage include emergency medical expenses of up to a total of USD 184,000 for medically necessary and reasonable costs should a guest test positive for COVID-19 during their stay. The policy also covers additional accommodation (room only) and travel expenses should the guest need to extend their stay for medical reasons due to COVID-19. Guests can contact a dedicated AIG customer service team for assistance if they are diagnosed with COVID-19 during their stay. They will also have access to emergency travel assistance that is available around the clock during their trip.
