    2. Payment of orders will only be channeled through PesoPay. A link will be provided via email upon ordering.
    3. Proof of payment will be required prior to processing your order. The lead time of production depends on the type of product ordered and will be confirmed during the ordering process.
    4. All pre-paid orders may not be cancelled and refunded.
    5. The customer must provide the date and time of delivery and ensure that the 3rd party will be on time. Food order not picked up on time will not be rescheduled and refunded.
    6. All orders for home delivery by 3rd party services, such as Grab, Lalamove and others, must be picked up at the hotel’s delivery and pick-up loading aream, located beside the Garden Wing entrance.
