1. Members can redeem Link Profit products through the Shangri-La Circle website: www.shangri-la.com/corporate/shangrilacircle/redeem-points/lifestyle/
2. Shangri-La Circle Points are deducted from the member’s account at the time of redemption.
3. Each redemption includes a one-off delivery, in which all items redeemed in the same transaction will be delivered to one single delivery address. Self-collection service is not available.
4. All orders will be delivered to members within 2 to 4 weeks after confirmation of successful redemption. Due to the pandemic situation, there could be delays in delivery.
5. Members should contact Shangri-La Circle via email firstname.lastname@example.org for any enquiries about the product, delivery details or special delivery arrangements.
6. Shangri-La Circle reserves the right to charge for re-delivery of orders not completed due to incorrect address information provided by the member or failure by the recipient to receive delivery at the scheduled time.
7. A confirmation email with a redemption award reference number will be sent to the member after a redemption is made.
8. All Link Profit product redemptions are subject to availability. No amendment, cancellation or refund is allowed once redemption has been confirmed.
9. In case of any dispute, Shangri-La Circle reserves the right of final decision.
