How to Use:

Nintendo Switch/ Nintendo Switch Lite

  1. If you haven’t already, set up an internet connection on your Nintendo Switch system.
  2. Make sure your Nintendo Switch system has the latest system update.
  3. From the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon.
  4. Select “Enter Code.”
  5. Enter your download code and click “OK.”
  6. Your total balance cannot exceed USD200.

Nintendo 3DS family of systems

  1. If you haven’t already, set up an Internet connection for your system and make sure your device has the latest system update.
  2. From the HOME Menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon.
  3. Scroll left and select “Add Funds.”
  4. Select “Redeem a Nintendo eShop Card.”
  5. Tap the box that says, “Enter the activation code.”
  6. Use the touch screen to enter the activation code from the Digital Card and tap “OK.”
  7. Tap “OK” again.

Wii U

  1. If you haven’t already, set up an Internet connection for your system and make sure your device has the latest system update.
  2. From the HOME Menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon.
  3. Select “Balance” from the menu on the left side of the screen.
  4. Tap button that says “Nintendo eShop Card.”
  5. Tap the box that says, “Enter the code.”
  6. Use the touch screen to enter the activation code from the Digital Card and tap “OK.”
  7. Select “Add.”

Card Terms & Conditions

  • Redeem balance only through the Nintendo eShop and other Nintendo shopping services, including Nintendo systems that offer access to the Nintendo eShop, to download content such as games and other features, or to purchase items (subject to availability).
  • Valid for use in the United States only.
  • Use of this card requires broadband Internet access, and acceptance of a User Agreement, and Privacy Policy. Please review the User Agreement at support.nintendo.com before purchasing.
  • Compatible accessories and software may be required to use certain downloaded content, which is sold separately.
  • When you enter the card’s activation code on the Nintendo eShop or other Nintendo shopping service, the card balance will be associated with your Nintendo eShop account and will be deemed non-transferable. There will be no remaining balance on the card.
  • The card balance may only be used on a single Nintendo eShop account.
  • There is a maximum unused account balance that may be stored on a single Nintendo eShop account, and the card may, as a result, be temporarily unredeemable.
  • Card balances do not expire, and there are no fees associated with the card. This card is non-reloadable.
  • Card balances cannot be redeemed for cash or for third-party stored value and are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Card balances will not be replaced by Nintendo or your retailer if the card is lost or stolen.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall govern the redemption, transfer, use and other activities or dealings involving e-gift cards issued by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). By redeeming e-gift cards, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.

  • Only Shangri-La Circle (“SLC”) members are eligible to purchase products available at www.shangri-la.com/corporate/shangrilacircle/redeem-points/lifestyle/product-categories/egift-cards/ (“Website”) by redeeming Shangri-La Circle Points for e-gift cards.
  • All products available on the Website are provided by Kargocard (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Kargocard”) for use in the specified country or region and are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each product as described on the Website. For any product enquiries, you may contact Kargocard at [email protected].
  • Product information on the Website is provided by Kargocard. We cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, correct or up-to-date. Kargocard remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the product information displayed on the Website.
  • You may purchase e-gift card(s) for your own use or for other individuals as a gift or accept e-gift card(s) as a gift from other SLC members, subject to these terms and conditions and the specific product terms and conditions. For clarification, certain products do not allow gift or transfer of e-gift card(s) so you must review the specific product terms and conditions before completing the redemption process.
  • A SLC member must have a valid email address to complete the redemption process.
  • SLC Points, as indicated on the product redeemed, will be deducted from the SLC member’s account at the time of redemption.
  • Once a SLC member has submitted his/her request for redemption of an e-gift card, a first confirmation email with a redemption award reference number will be sent to the SLC member. Upon receipt of the first confirmation email, the SLC member cannot cancel, modify or withdraw his/her request nor ask for refund, unless otherwise approved by us.
  • The SLC member will receive a second confirmation email with the e-gift card from Kargocard within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the first confirmation email from us. If the SLC member does not receive the second confirmation email with the e-gift card from Kargocard, the SLC member may contact Kargocard at [email protected] with the redemption award reference number and the original email address used for redemption for further assistance.
  • By submitting the redemption request, you agree that we may share your full name and email address with Kargocard in order for Kargocard to process the issuance and delivery of the e-gift card(s) to you. This will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Kargocard's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the sharing of your information with Kargocard, you must not proceed with the redemption.
  • The list of products and the number of SLC Points required for the redemption shall be determined by us. For the avoidance of doubt, we may from time to time amend the number of SLC Points required for redemption without issuing prior notice to you.
  • You must check all details of each e-gift card immediately upon receipt of the e-gift card. Any error or discrepancy must be relayed to Kargocard immediately.
  • All e-gift cards are offered subject to their availability.
  • E-gift cards cannot be resold or exchanged for cash and/or SLC Points of any value and cannot be used to make credit card payments. Refunds for or replacements of e-gift cards will not be entertained.
  • You are not entitled to earn any SLC Points for redeeming e-gift cards.
  • We shall not be responsible for any unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful or unsuccessful redemption. We may cancel or withdraw e-gift cards if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the redemption is not or should not have been successful, or is or was unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful.
  • Nothing on the Website should be regarded as our recommendation or endorsement of the quality of the products.
  • We expressly disclaim any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality, status, or adequacy of the products.
  • Any dispute arising from or relating to the products redeemed as e-gift cards shall be settled between you and the supplier of the products. We shall not be held liable for any claim arising from or relating to the products or the redemption process.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or change these terms and conditions at any time for any reason and without prior notice to you.
  • Kargocard reserves the right to terminate or change any product specific terms and conditions at any time for any reason and without prior notice to you.
  • In case of any dispute, we have the sole right to interpret and apply these terms and conditions, and our decision shall be final and binding. No covenants at law or in equity shall be implied or incorporated, all of which are expressly disclaimed.
  • You, being a SLC member, are also subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Shangri-La Circle Programme. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the following order of precedent shall apply: (i) specific product terms and conditions; (ii) these terms and conditions; and (iii) Shangri-La Circle Programme.
  • In the case of conflict or inconsistency between different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
