Product Features:

  • Magware was designed to address a major problem facing our planet. We throw away billions of single use plastic utensils every year, and many of them end up in our Oceans and Waterways. Plastics never fully break down but rather degrade into small pieces that resemble food scraps to fish and other sea animals. The Ocean Conservancy lists plastic utensils among the items “most deadly” to sea turtles, sea birds, and other Ocean creatures due to their size and the ease they enter our waterways. We think the Bring Your Own Cutlery (BYOC) movement could help reduce the number of disposable utensils that get thrown away every year. Magware utensils are a simple solution to help in this mission, by making them as organised and easy to carry as possible

CARE

  • HAND WASH ONLY. We recommend only hand washing your Magware to keep them in pristine condition. Some high-strength dishwasher detergents/tablets can affect Magware's anodized finish. When handwashing, use mild-strength detergents to clean your Magware. DO NOT use detergents marked platinum, titanium, powerwash or any other strong grease removing detergents.

  1. Members can redeem Link Profit products through the Lifestyle Awards Platform on the Shangri-La website: www.shangri-la.com/corporate/shangrilacircle/redeem-points/lifestyle/
  2. Shangri-La Circle Points are deducted from Members’ accounts at the time of redemption.
  3. A confirmation email with a redemption award reference number will be sent to the Member after a redemption is made.
  4. Each redemption includes a one-off delivery, in which all items redeemed in the same transaction will be delivered to one single delivery address. Self-collection service is not available.
  5. Shipping is only available to the destinations listed here. Orders to destinations that are not on the list will be cancelled..
  6. Orders will be delivered to Members within 7 to 14 working days upon confirmation of a successful redemption.
  7. Members should ensure their personal profiles are updated with the correct shipping address, email address, and local contact number. Incorrect or invalid details (e.g., P.O. Box) may result in an unsuccessful or delayed delivery.
  8. Shangri-La Circle reserves the right to charge for re-delivery of orders not completed due to incorrect address information provided by the Member or failure by the recipient to receive delivery at the scheduled time.
  9. Claims for lost parcels must be made within 60 days from the shipment date. After 60 days have elapsed, investigation requests for loss claims will not be accepted.

  11. All Link Profit product redemptions are subject to availability. No amendment, cancellation or refund is allowed once redemption has been confirmed.
