How to Collect Your M+ Ticket

  • You will receive a confirmation email with an order number after the completion of your ticket redemption.
  • Present the confirmation email and the order number (either digital or printed) to the staff at M+ Ground Floor Ticket Desk.
  • Sign the acknowledgement of receipt after M+ staff verifies your redemption details and collect your ticket.
  • Tickets can be collected three days after the redemption is made. Please allow sufficient time for visiting the museum before the expiry of your ticket.

Tips for Visiting

Exchange or refund

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event or exhibition has been cancelled or rescheduled. For further details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
  • If there are any changes or cancellations related to the event or exhibition for which you have purchased a ticket, please check the individual event or exhibition page for updates and additional information prior to your visit.

M+ Terms and Conditions

  • Each ticket admits one person only. Children’s admission arrangements vary by the type of Event.
  • Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold or offered for resale.
  • Entry may be refused if any details on the Ticket have been omitted or altered or if the Ticket is damaged, defaced or otherwise mutilated.
  • Concession tickets are available to full-time students, children ages 7 to 11, senior citizens ages 60 or above, person with disabilities and one companion, and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients.
  • Concessionary ticket holders will be admitted subject to the production of acceptable proof of eligibility.
  • Please arrive within your reserved timeslot. Entry for late arrivals will be subject to availability.
  • Certain Events may have an applicable age restriction. Ticketholders must produce proof of age if required to do so by the Venue Manager.
  • All Tickets are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions for Sale of Entertainment Tickets and if Ticketholders are visiting the Museum, you agree to be bound by and to abide by our Visitor regulations, which may be inspected on notices on the perimeter of the premises.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions and all other matters relating to the Event, our interpretation and decision shall be final and conclusive.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Only Shangri-La Circle (“SLC”) members are eligible to purchase M+ tickets available at www.shangri-la.com/corporate/shangrilacircle/redeem-points/lifestyle / (“Website”) by redeeming their Shangri-La Circle Points.
  2. The tickets available on the Website is provided by M+ for the access of the museum and are subject to the M+ Terms and Conditions as described on the Website and https://www.mplus.org.hk/en/terms-and-conditions/. For ticketing related questions, you may email M+ at [email protected]
  3. Product information on the Website is provided by M+. SLIM HK (Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited) makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the accuracy, completeness, correctness or up to date of the product information, the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the product.  
  4. A SLC member must have a valid email address to complete the redemption process. It is the responsibility of SLC members to provide a correct/updated email address. We will not be liable for any loss of benefits and services due to non-receipt of promotional e-communications.
  5. SLC Points, as indicated on the product redeemed, will be deducted from the SLC member’s account at the time of redemption.
  6. Once a SLC member has submitted his/her request for redemption of a M+ ticket, a confirmation email with an order number will be sent to the member. Upon receipt of the confirmation email, SLC member cannot cancel, modify or withdraw his/her request nor ask for a refund, unless otherwise approved by us.
  7. SLC member needs to present the confirmation email and the order number (either digital or printed) to collect his/her M+ ticket(s) at M+ Ground Floor Ticket Desk. Tickets can be collected three days after the redemption is made.
  8. The list of products and the number of SLC Points required for the redemption shall be determined by us. For the avoidance of doubt, we may from time to time amend the number of SLC Points required for redemption without issuing prior notice to you.
  9. You are not entitled to earn any SLC Points for redeeming the M+ tickets.
  10. We shall not be responsible for any unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful or unsuccessful redemption. We may cancel or withdraw the redemption if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the redemption is not or should not have been successful, or is or was unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful.
  11. Any dispute arising from or relating to the products redeemed shall be settled between you and the supplier of the products. We shall not be held liable for any claim arising from or relating to the products or the redemption process.
  12. We reserve the right to terminate or change these terms and conditions at any time for any reason and without prior notice to you.
  13. M+ reserves the right to terminate or change any product specific terms and conditions at any time for any reason and without prior notice to you.
  14. In case of any dispute, we have the sole right to interpret and apply these terms and conditions, and our decision shall be final and binding. No covenants at law or in equity shall be implied or incorporated, all of which are expressly disclaimed.
  15. You, being a SLC member, are also subject to the Terms and Conditions (url: https://www.shangri-la.com/en/corporate/shangrilacircle/terms-conditions/) of the Shangri-La Circle Programme. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the following order of precedence shall apply: (i) specific product terms and conditions; (ii) these terms and conditions; and (iii) Terms and Conditions of the Shangri-La Circle Programme.
  16. In the case of conflict or inconsistency between different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
