Terms & Conditions

1. This product is provided by Klook Travel Technology Ltd.(“Klook”). For product enquiries, please contact Klook Travel Technology Ltd at sales_hotels@klook.com.

2. Members can redeem experiences provided by Klook through the Golden Circle website www.goldencircle.shangri-la.com.

3. Member is required to fill in personal information including name, country/region of travel document, contact number and email address in order to complete the redemption.

4. If Member redeems products provided by Klook, Golden Circle will need to share the Member’s name, country/region of travel document, telephone number and email address with Klook in order for Klook to process the issuance and delivery of the e-voucher and confirmation email for the redeemed award item. This will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Members may also see Klook’s privacy policy at www.klook.com/policy. If Member does not agree to us sharing the information with Klook, please do not proceed with the redemption. By submitting a redemption request, Member consents to us sharing the above-mentioned information with Klook.

5. GC Award Points are deducted from the members’ account at the time of redemption.

6. A confirmation email with a redemption award reference number will be sent to the member after a redemption is made.

7. Members will receive another confirmation email and e-voucher from Klook within 3-5 working days after confirmation of successful redemption. If members do not receive confirmation email and voucher from Klook, please contact Golden Circle at email golden.circle@shangri-la.com for assistance.

8. E-vouchers are not transferable and members must appear in person at the time the e-vouchers of the redeemed experience are used. Golden Circle and Klook assume no responsibility whatsoever for misuse of e-vouchers.

9. All award items redemption is subject to availability. No amendment, cancellation or refund is allowed once redemption has been confirmed.

10. Members are advised to arrange own insurance as deemed appropriate.

11. Information on the award item is provided by Klook. Golden Circle does not accept responsibility if any of the listed facilities is not available during your experience or is otherwise not as described in this website.
