A. General Terms & Conditions

  1. The general Shangri-La Boutique service terms and conditions (“General Terms”) apply to all promotional offers below, with the additional promotional terms and conditions below (“Promotional Terms”) (together, the “Terms & Conditions”), as updated from time to time by us in our discretion.   2. Customers are advised to read and understand the Terms and Conditions before participating in any of our campaigns and / or promotions.
  3. The Promotions Terms & Conditions is written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of the Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

B. Shangri-La Circle Food & Beverage Bonus Points Promotion


General Terms

  1. The “Shangri-La Circle Food & Beverage (“F&B”) Bonus Points” Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (“Shangri-La”).
  2. The Promotion period is from 1st November 2023 00:00 (GMT+8) to 1st January 2024 23:39 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise communicated on the Shangri-La Boutique platform (“SL Boutique”) or through any channel or by some other method selected at Shangri-La’s discretion. The Promotion is only applicable to events occurring within the Promotion Period with the purchase made within the same period.
  3. The Promotion offers customers 2 times Circle Points (“2X SLC Points”) during the stipulated period with terms and conditions applied. It is applicable only to purchases made at the following SL Boutique regions and sections:
    1. Hong Kong SAR: Events (Excluding these events organized by Island Shangri-La: “Iconic Domaine Leroy Wine Dinner”, “Restaurant Petrus - Iconic Petrus Wine Dinner”, and “Screaming Eagle Wine Dinner”)
    2. Singapore: Dining Ticket
    3. Kuala Lumpur: Dining Ticket
    4. Manila: Celebrate
  4. The Promotion is applicable to the part of the payment of a SL Boutique order that is paid with payment methods other than Shangri-La Circle points (“SLC Points”). If an order is paid completely with points, it will not be eligible for the Promotion. If an order is paid partially with other payment methods and partially with SLC Points, only the part that is paid with other payment methods shall enjoy the Promotion.
  5. To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must be a Shangri-La Circle member and sign into SL Boutique before payment.

Points Earning

  1. 2X SLC Points is equivalent to “1X SLC Base Point” plus 1X Promotion Bonus Point.
  2. SLC Tier Bonus Points is still applicable but only to the Base Point and not the Bonus Points:
    1. Gold members are not entitled to any Tier Bonus Points.
    2. Jade members are entitled to an extra 25% Tier Bonus Points.
    3. Diamond members are entitled to an extra 50% Tier Bonus Points.
  3. Calculation of SLC Points earning per 1USD under this promotion is illustrated below:
    1. Gold member: 1 Base Point + 1Bonus Points = 2 SLC Points in total
    2. Jade member: 1 Base Point + 0.25 Tier Bonus Point + 1 Bonus Points = 2.25 SLC Points in total
    3. Diamond member: 1 Base Point + 0.5 Tier Bonus Point + 1 Bonus Points = 2.5 SLC Points in total
  4. SLC Points will be credited to member’s account within four weeks from the date and time the service is completed or supposed to end.
  5. During Members Day 6X Points promotion, 6X Points promotion shall prevail and will not be stacked with this Promotion.

Other Terms

  1. SLC Points and SLC Tier Bonus Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  2. Unless otherwise determined and stipulated by Shangri-La in any relevant terms and conditions, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers including but not limited to gift card, coupon code, other Bonus Point Campaign (for example Members Day 6X Point offer).
  3. Shangri-La reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, mechanics of the Promotion, or these terms from time to time without notice.
  4. Shangri-La’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
  5. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with Shangri-La’s Privacy Policy (available at https://boutique.shangri-la.com/privacy.php).
  6. Shangri-La Circle’s terms and conditions (available at: https://www.shangri-la.com/en/corporate/shangrilacircle/terms-conditions/) shall also apply to this Promotion
  7. In case of conflict or inconsistency between different language versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  8. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.



D. Shangri-La Boutique Lunar New Year Mastercard 3X Points Promotion

General Terms

  1. The “Shangri-La Boutique Lunar New Year Mastercard 3X Points” Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Infinite Rainbow Limited (“Shangri-La”) .
  2. The Promotion period is from 1st January, 2024 00:00 (GMT+8) to 10th February, 2024 23:39 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise communicated on the Shangri-La Boutique platform (“Platform”) or through any channel or by some other method selected at Shangri-La’s discretion. The Promotion is only applicable to qualifying purchases made through the Platform and within the Promotion Period.
  3. The Promotion offers members 3 times Shangri-La Circle Points (“3X SLC Points”) during the Promotion Period for customers who use any MasterCard cards issued globally to make payments for Selected Festive Goodies at the following SL Boutique regions and category (“Selected Category”):
      1. Hong Kong SAR: Chinese New Year
      2. Singapore: “Chinese New Year 2024”
      3. Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur): “Chinese New Year 2024”
      4. Taiwan (Taipei): “Chinese New Year Festive”
  4. The Promotion is applicable to the part of the payment of a Platform order that is paid with a Mastercard card or a Mastercard card via Apple Pay (Apple Pay is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.) If an order is paid completely with Shangri-La Circle points (“SLC Points”), it will not be eligible for the Promotion. If an order is paid partially with a Mastercard card and partially with SLC Points, only the part that is paid with a Mastercard card shall enjoy the Promotion.
  5. The Promotion may also be enjoyed together with selected promotions listed below on Selected Items, excluding staff discount. For details please refer to the respective terms and conditions page.
    1. Hong Kong SAR: “SLCNY24” (member exclusive 15-20% off)
    2. Singapore: Super Early Bird (20% off) and Early Bird (15% off)
    3. Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur): “SLCNY24” (member exclusive 10% off)

  6. To be eligible for this Promotion, each participant must be a Shangri-La Circle member and sign into his or her account on the Platform before making payment.

Points Earning

  1. 3X SLC Points is equivalent to “1X SLC Base Point” (“Base Point”) plus “2X Mastercard Promotion Bonus Points” (“Promotion Point”).
  2. SLC Tier Bonus Points is still applicable but only to the Base Points and not the Bonus Points:
    1. Gold members are not entitled to any Tier Bonus Points.
    2. Jade members are entitled to an extra 25% Tier Bonus Points.
    3. Diamond members are entitled to an extra 50% Tier Bonus Points.
  3. Calculation of SLC Points earning per 1USD under this promotion is illustrated below:

    3. Diamond or Polaris member: 1 Base Point + 0.5 Tier Bonus Point + 2 Promotion Points = 3.5 SLC Points in total
    4. SLC Points entitled by a purchased product will be credited to member’s account approximately within four weeks from the date the item is successfully delivered to costumer’s designated destination, or self-picked-up from one of Shangri-La’s hotels.
  4. During the Members Day 6X Points promotion, if a member purchases any Selected Category items with promo code and a Mastercard card, member will not be eligible for 6X Point but will still be eligible for Mastercard Promotion Point.

Other Terms
