  1. 香格里拉会员透过任何香格里拉电子渠道直接预订客房可享优惠价格（“会员价格”），包括Shangri-La.com、香格里拉手机应用程序和香格里拉微信小程序
  2. 会员价格适用于香格里拉集团的参与酒店，包括香格里拉酒店及度假酒店、JEN酒店、嘉里酒店和盛贸饭店。
  3. 会员价格适用于预订灵活房价和灵活房价含早餐。
  4. 会员价格不适用于积分兑换的预订。
  5. 会员价格不适用于所有房价。
  6. 会员价格必须由会员亲自以其香格里拉会员号预订，并不可转让他人。
  7. 会员价格仅适用于参与酒店, 每次预订最多不超过3（三）间客房。
  8. 会员价格不可与任何推广、折扣或特别优惠一起使用，并不适用于既有的预订。
  9. All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax (SST).
  10. A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in, and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Guests arriving on or before 31 December 2022 are exempted from Tourism Tax as announced by the Federal Government.
  11. The Penang local government fee of MYR 3 nett per room per night will be exempted for all arrivals until 30 June 2022. For stays from 1 July 2022 onwards, the prevailing local government fee is not included in your total room cost and will be collected upon check-in.
