Chinese Executive Chef Ken Zhang

Chinese Executive Chef Zhang was with Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen, in 1999, and later became Chinese Executive Chef at China Tea Palace Shenzhen and Chinese Executive Chef at Restaurant Peony in Chengdu.

In 2006, he came back to be part of the Shangri-La family at Guangzhou before coming to Zhongshan.
