Sule Shangri-La, Yangon invites guests to spend the weekend

Yangon, 13 June 2017 - Sule Shangri-La, Yangon invites all local residents to enjoy a weekend retreat in the heart of Yangon amid the rainy days by choosing from three local residents' room packages which are suited for any type of weekend staycation.

The Monsoon Staycation Package allows guests to find a haven during the monsoon season with room rates starting at only US$99 net per room or at US$110 net per room with breakfast for two people. Guests can relax with some indulgent pampering at the Health Club with a special discount of 20 per cent on spa services or savour the many flavours at Cafe Sule and Summer Palace at 20 per cent off. The Monsoon Staycation Package is valid for Friday to Sunday check-ins only.

Guests who want to spend time with the entire family can take advantage of the Family Weekend Package. By booking a Deluxe Room at the best available rate, families will enjoy a second room, with compliments of the hotel. The family will not only experience the luxury of space, but also delight in some bonding time at the pool area, catching up on their favourite series while logged on to the hotel's Wi-Fi service or sit down together for delicious meals at any of the hotel's restaurants.

For an additional US$50++ per night, families can enjoy the luxury of a Horizon Club room and its attached Horizon Club Lounge benefits: private check-in and check-out; daily buffet breakfast; all-day non-alcoholic beverage; and sunset drinks and canapes from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. daily. Check-out may also be extended until 4 p.m., subject to room availability. The Family Weekend Package is valid for Friday to Sunday check-ins only.

For those who want to a lazy, leisurely weekend, the Bed and Brunch Weekend Package is the perfect escape. Guests may check-in on a Saturday and spend a lazy Sunday in bed, waking up in time for Cafe Sule's special Sunday brunch, which is filled with sumptuous selections to satisfy everyone's taste. It is available from noon to 3 p.m.
