Chef Larry Liu has over 18 years of culinary experience and has worked in various cities throughout China. He has integrated the cooking concepts he learned through work with his own ideas to create a variety of plated surprises. His expertise lies in Shaanxinese and Cantonese cuinse. 

With a love for food,Chef Liu learned traditional specialties and private cuisines. He now uses his exquisite cooking skills and the perfect combination of Cantonese and Shaanxi dishes to create a unique, healthy, nutrient-rich menu.
